30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You may return most items within 30 days of the date you received your order for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. To ensure a smooth process, please note:

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-manufactured items (including engraved jewelry or custom regalia) are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Important Return Instructions

When mailing your package, you must include a note inside containing:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Your order number (if available)
  • The specific reason for the return or exchange

  • If the item you received matches your order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the postage to ship an exchange back to you.
  • Return labels are only provided in the event of a Macoy error (e.g., defective or incorrect item received).
